What To Expect during an energy balancing session?

All sessions take place with the client fully clothed and with the practitioners hands placed lightly on or above the body for both assessing and balancing energy.

• Energy assess the flow of energy through the body
• A relaxing Energy Balancer
• Additional energy methods and techniques intended to bring even greater balance to client's energy systems 
• An appropriate closing technique
• Follow up self care energy balancing suggestions are given at the end of each session designed to balance, nurture and empower the client on their self-healing journey.

Reiki 

Reiki means universal life force.  As a Reiki Master practitioner, I consciously activate the flow of Reiki energy through my hands, I then place my hands lightly on or above the body.  The Reiki energy flows and naturally finds paths where it is needed. Reiki promotes deep relaxation and eases stress.

I am now also offering Reiki & The Eden Method Combo Sessions.

It includes energy assessment at the beginning of your Reiki session along with advanced chakra clearing and balancing techniques specific to your needs. During your session, we review each of your chakras and the themes that present themselves.  This brings consciousness and allows me to assist you in beginning to let go of deep outdated energetic patterns which no longer serve you.

The Eden Method 

The Eden Method was created by Donna Eden and works with nine energy systems. This energy method assesses energetic imbalances, restores energetic flow and aligns your body's energies, to boost well being and vitality.

A variety of Eden Method techniques can be offered during a session such as working with acupoints, neurovascular reflex points, neurolymphatic reflex points, gentle tapping and geometrical weaving to name just a few.  

As an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner of The Eden Method, it allows me to create an endless variety of customized energy balancing sessions and empowering self care suggestions specific to each clients individual needs.  The Eden Method is amazingly transformative and versatile at addressing energetic imbalance, energetic flow and aligning your body's energies to boost overall well being and vitality.
